Dr. Aaron McCabe
Chief Scientific and Technology Officer
Overview
Dr. McCabe is a medical device R&D executive with over 20 years of experience spanning research, development, clinical trials, manufacturing, and commercialization. He has led teams and product development efforts from concept to market across neurosurgical, cardiovascular, and surgical energy applications. He is an inventor on over 75 US patents.
At Pharaoh Neuro, Aaron drives the development of the Neurapheresis platform, a technology he helped create while at Minnetronix Medical. He previously served as Director of R&D at Minnetronix, where he led development of both the Neurapheresis System and the MindsEye Expandable Port (FDA 510(k) cleared), as well as Engineering Services Director, focusing on development and early manufacturing of Surgical Energy products for Minnetronix Medical’s customers.

Prior to Minnetronix, Aaron held a number of roles at Guidant and Boston Scientific focused in the cardiac rhythm management space, ranging from clinicals and research to manufacturing, both as a technical leader and in management.
Aaron earned his PhD from the University of Minnesota and holds master’s and bachelor’s degrees from MIT, all in Electrical Engineering.
